This website was created to help Nevadans understand the serious dangers hidden in the ambiguous language of Question 6, which will appear on the ballot for a final vote in November 2026.
If passed, Question 6 would enshrine these policies in the Nevada Constitution, making them extremely difficult to change for years to come. We believe it poses significant risks to women and girls for the reasons listed below. We support keeping them safe - and believe every Nevadan should too.
